Summary of HEAL4ALL Project Meetings (December 2024 – January 2025)

The HEAL4ALL project held several important meetings in December 2024 and January 2025 to discuss the development of pedagogical content and progress in curriculum planning. These sessions focused on key modules designed to enhance existential well-being, caregiving skills, and practical training for healthcare professionals. The team’s commitment to collaboration and practical learning outcomes highlights the importance of addressing the deeper aspects of care and well-being in various life stages.

Existential Well-being Module Development (18.12.2024., 14:00)

A meeting was held to finalize the curriculum for the Existential Well-being module, which aims to cover central concepts such as existential concerns, crises, and well-being. The team decided to produce 20-25 pedagogical videos, each approximately 30 minutes long, under the title “Discovering Vital Concepts for Existential Well-being.” The team outlined specific learning outcomes, including defining existential concepts and identifying sources of meaning, and discussed using Google Docs for collaboration and arranging a studio for recording.

Existential Well-being and Care in Old Age (18.12.2024., 15:00)

Discussion focused on creating videos about aging, self-transcendence, and spirituality. Practical assignments will involve interviewing care professionals and engaging with older adults. The module is set to be completed by March 2025.

Becoming an Existential Caregiver (20.12. 2024., 09:30)
The team planned a caregiving curriculum emphasizing practical skills and self-care. Key content includes a biopsychosocial care model and the possibility of a cross-cultural student study. Ethical approval and clear video assignments were also discussed.

Pedagogical Video and Committee Meeting (30. 1. 2025., 10:30)
The Steering Committee coordinated project activities, with a focus on finalizing training content and preparing a mid-term report. Collaboration remains central to the project as partners continue to contribute to curriculum development.
