University of Split

University of Split, UNIST (established in 1974) is a comprehensive scientific and teaching institution, consisting of 11 Faculties, 1 Academy of Arts, and 4 Departments. There are around 20,000 students enrolled in its undergraduate, graduate, and post-graduate programmes. The focus of the research work carried out is on disciplines characterized by natural, cultural, historical, social, economic, and other features of the region as a part of the Croatian Adriatic and the Mediterranean region as a whole.

IPEMED

Mediterranean Economic Foresight Institute (IPEMED) is a non-profit and independent civil society organization, registered in the Register of Associations and the Non-profit Organizations of the Republic of Croatia. The IPEMED aims to contribute to the sustainable development of the Republic of Croatia with emphasis on assisting and participating in the preparation and implementation of projects that promote the economy, sustainable development, social entrepreneurship, prevention and improvement of health care, as well as the integration and life quality of vulnerable groups.

fabula movens

Fabula movens d.o.o. is a Croatian company focused on developing innovative training and learning programs through research-based approaches. By collaborating with universities and research institutions, the organization integrates advancements in educational science into practical applications. Its mission is to empower individuals and contribute to societal progress by fostering creativity, critical thinking, and lifelong learning. Fabula movens uses the latest technology and collaborative methods to create engaging learning experiences where everyone can learn and grow.

Nord University

Nord University (NU), established in 2016 through the merger of Nord-Trøndelag and Nesna colleges with the University of Nordland, serves 11,000 students and employs 1,300 staff across campuses in Bodø, Levanger, Steinkjer, Namsos, Stjørdal, Mo i Rana, Nesna, and Vesterålen. Geographically encompassing traditional Sami areas, NU holds a national responsibility for research and education in Lule, Pites, Ume, and South Sami languages and cultures. The university excels in aquaculture, biosciences, innovation, and entrepreneurship, focusing on blue and green growth, health, welfare, and education.

The University of Eastern Finland

The University of Eastern Finland (UEF), formed in 2010 from the merger of the University of Joensuu (founded in 1969) and the University of Kuopio (founded in 1972), stands as Finland's premier multidisciplinary institution. Its dedication to interdisciplinary research and education tackles global issues and advocates for a sustainable future, boasting internationally acclaimed research across various fields. With approximately 3,200 employees, over 16,000 degree-seeking students, and 16,600 individuals enrolled in adult education programs, the university offers nearly 100 major subjects.

Catholic University of Leuven

KU Leuven (KUL), located in Belgium, has been a center of learning for nearly six centuries. Founded in 1425, it is Belgium’s largest university and one of Europe’s oldest and most prestigious institutions. A leading European research university and co-founder of the League of European Research Universities (LERU), KU Leuven offers a diverse range of international Master’s programs supported by innovative, interdisciplinary research. It is also a member of the Coimbra Group and Venice International University. Recognized for excellence, KU Leuven was named Europe’s most innovative university by Reuters from 2016 to 2019.
