HEAL4ALL project partners recently participated in an online training session with communication expert and coach Davor Stankovic, where they learned essential skills for crafting and delivering powerful speeches.
The training covered the 5 Phases of Speech Development—Invention, Arrangement, Style, Memory, and Delivery—helping participants structure their presentations effectively. Davor also introduced the 4 MAT Speech Structure (What If?, Why?, How?, What?) and emphasized the importance of Ethos, Logos, and Pathos in persuasive communication. These tools help create compelling speeches that engage and motivate the audience to take action.

Additionally, the training delved into speech structure, including the importance of a strong Introduction, Body, and Conclusion, and practical techniques like the mind palace for organizing information. Participants were taught how to craft powerful openings, provide logical reasoning with supporting facts, and end with impactful closings such as invitations or inspiration. With these communication strategies, HEAL4ALL project team is now better equipped to advocate, film and create Open Educational Resources (OER), ensuring its message resonates with diverse audiences and drives meaningful change.
