Project Overview
Heal4All addresses the urgent need for innovative approaches in healthcare education by focusing on the holistic needs of patients, including their emotional and spiritual well-being. This two-year project brings together a consortium of leading European institutions to co-create a cutting-edge curriculum and provide real-world training opportunities for future healthcare professionals.
Key Objectives
- Promote Existential Well-being: Integrate the concept of existential well-being into healthcare education, enabling students to address the deeper emotional and spiritual needs of patients.
- Foster Innovative Education: Implement a pioneering inter-university program utilizing advanced methodologies such as Design Thinking and Open Pedagogy.
- Enhance Capacity Building: Equip teaching staff with the necessary skills and tools to effectively implement innovative pedagogical approaches.
- Strengthen Collaboration: Foster a collaborative ecosystem among European universities, NGOs, and healthcare organizations to advance healthcare education.
Key Activities
The Heal4All project will undertake a series of key activities, including:
- Curriculum Development: Co-design an interdisciplinary online training program that integrates existential well-being into healthcare practices.
