After Finland and Norway, it is now Croatia’s turn! 
From 21 to 25 September 2026, Split will host the HEAL4ALL Learning expedition on “Health and Existential Wellbeing in Older Adults”, following the virtual component held on 14 September.The programme offers an international and interdisciplinary learning experience focused on health, meaning and existential wellbeing in later life.
The programme is coordinated by the University of Split – Faculty of Health Sciences, in cooperation with University of Eastern Finland (Finland), Nord University, Bodø (Norway) and KU Leuven (Belgium).
